'PHASE SELECTOR' is the protection relay developed by 'Proton Electronics' to provide
automatic switching between the R-,Y-,B- phases for providing one of the live phase supply
uninterruptedly.
The unit offers following protections along with 3 digit display showing R-N,Y-N,B-N voltages
in scanning mode with precise accuracy.
1] Under Voltage
2] Over Voltage
3] Phase Failure
Fault Messages will be shown after the display of R-N, Y-N & B-N
Voltages.

Working :
- In the normal run mode, display shows Voltages Vrn,Vyn,Vbn for 4 sec. each
-If the supply is within the range (No faults)then display shows count down for on time set
in the settings ( default 10 sec) & after that whichever phase is closer to 210 V that Phase Relay
will be ON.
-There will be noswitchover of phase unless & until selected
phase voltage moves out of selected span [210+SPn or 210-SPn]
-If OV/UV/ Phase Failure/unhealthy condition occurs to the ON relay Phase then
that Phase Relay will be OFF & whichever Phase is closer to 210 V that Phase Relay will be ON
after the On Time set.
-Hysterisis between cut in & cut off for UV & OV is 10 V.All the faults will be indicated by message.
-The Phase Relay switchover will be there if present Relay On Phase gets failed
or faulty/unhealthy condition occurs to it.
SET POINTS :
- To set Under voltage set point press SET key once,'uV' messagedisplays, now again
press SET key to view/change the Under Voltage Set point.The set point is viewed
(default 90V)now user can set the UV set point using arrow keys.
- To set Over voltage set point press SET key till 'oV' message dis plays, now again
press SET key to view/change the Over Voltage Set point.The set point is viewed
(default 290V) now user can set the OV set point using arrow keys.
- To set On delay set point press SET key till display shows 'dLy' again press SET key
then the set point is viewed(default 10sec.)
now user can set the on time for relay using arrow keys.
- To set span for healthy phase ,press SET key till display shows 'SPn'
again press SET key then the set point is viewed(default 10 sec.)
now user can set the span for healthy phase using arrow keys.
